Return for Package

1: If your package was returned due to not according with domestic security requirement, we will contact you to confirm and send to you for free .

2: If your parcel has been sent abroad but returned because of according with international security requirement ,nobody to sign for, inaccurate address or notice left, you should bear the freight for sending the parcel again.

3: There will be customs clearance after parcel’s arrival foreign customs. But they will do spot-check from the whole parcels .If they think the goods in the parcel is very special, they are likely to require the recipient to show the invoice or customs clearance certificate to assist customs clearance .If the parcel is returned by logistics company or destroyed by the customs because the recipient address is inaccurate or we cannot contact recipient ,the relevant fee should been born by customers.

Forfeiture of goods

We will do the audit for the material and category of goods, but cannot identify it is true or imitation brand .We will not purchase goods involving intellectual property, all foreign brands, imitation brand and a fake brand ,as well as not responsible for overseas customs clearance. If your goods is determined to be fake, imitation brand sensitive goods by the customs and forfeited, you need to bear the loss.

In addition, please carefully select the mode of transport for this kind of goods.


Notice for the receipt of goods
1: Before the receipt of the goods ,please check whether the packaging is intact, the box is intact, whether there is a significant difference in weight
2: Whether the package has obvious damage or open traces, please do the inspection at the eyes of courier, and then make a note to the waybill before signing for.
3:If finding that the goods were damaged, lost and so on, please prepare the goods invoice, kind photos and other information for the customer service staff. They will arrange follow-up compensation.
4: The normal sign of the goods marks the end of the transport. I will not assume responsibility after the normal receipt of goods.

5: If any questions within 72 hours after the receipt of the package ,please feed back to customer service. We do not accept it exceeding deadline.

Exemption clause
1: Fragile goods participant in the loss of claims, not participate in the damage claims whether to strengthen the packaging or not.
2: Dangerous goods and contraband goods does not participate in claims such as compressed gas, liquefied petroleum gas, flammable liquids, acid and alkali corrosion and other contraband in the country.
3: The natural loss of goods, the nature of defects, characteristics and the loss due to the price exchange in the market does not belong to our responsibility. 
4: The whole or part of the goods loss due to bad weather, lightning, tsunami, earthquake, floods and other natural disasters does not belong to our responsibility.
5: Exceeding shelf life, guarantee period or freight cycle caused by customs clearance or other irresistible factors does not belong to our responsibility.
