1: delivery error, defective or damaged goods

2 : Quality problems in commodity
Purchase in China provide you with a careful inspection of the appearance, the number of inventory, details .However, purchase in China temporarily is unable to identify true or false quality due to the lack of professional identification ability.
But you do not need to worry about that there are some quality problems after using a period of time .As long as the goods is still within the warranty period and you have the original purchase vouchers and commodity quality assurance card, you can entrust purchase in China domestic businesses contact for to return or exchange goods.
For the goods according with the conditions of return or exchange, purchase in China will be responsible for shipping to domestic businesses and send l repaired or replaced goods to you again. The principles and methods of each vendor or manufacturer of solving product quality problems is unique .You should take remarks in quality assurance card as standard .We cannot guarantee the manufacturer fully meet your requirements, but the purchase in China promise to make all efforts to fight for your interests and make you satisfied.
Purchase in China does not charge any service fee for this service, but you may need to bear round freight for goods. Purchase in China reserves the right to refuse to accept this service for a commodity which does not meet the requirements of quality assurance.
3 :Returned goods
For the goods ordered in The Tmall ,Taobao and other shops but not sent, if the seller agrees to accept your return, we will charge you 10% service fee for personnel loss cost.
For goods ordered and the arriving for 5 days, you can go to my account-my job menu –return or replace goods to launch return or replace goods orders excluding goods marking no return or replacement once sold. We will contact the seller to provide return or replace service for your ,but will not to handle it without any quality problems. Funds in your account will be deducted 10% of your goods price when commodity has been to returned status automaticly as service fee.
If occurrence of any of the following circumstances, we will not accept your request to return the goods:
A. The original commodity is exchanged, appearance has been change or parts are missing;
B. Opened goods, such as CD, DVD, software, cassette etc.;
C. Goods without original purchase certificate;
D. Goods in the domestic stage without any quality problems
