If you enable device admin permission for turn off screen feature. You will can not remove this app normally.

* Are you using MIUI or a similar ROM?
Before you can use this app, you'll probably need to give it some slack when it comes to security.
1. Go to System Settings -> All -> Apps -> Downloaded -> Control Center.
2. Toggle the switch that says "Show popup windows" (second option).
3. At the bottom, go to "Manage permissions".
4. Set "I trust this app" to on.
* On Xiaomi Device, the app need the permission:
Security App -> Permissions -> Permissions -> Control Center -> Display pop-up window permission and Show on Lock screen.
To prevent the app turn off when clear RAM: Go to Security -> Permission -> Autostart -> checked Control Center

On Huawei Device, the app need the permission:
Open Phone Manager apps(or Settings app) -> Permission Manager -> choose Application tab -> select Control Center -> enable Draw over others apps
To prevent the app turn off by itself, goto Phone Settings -> Battery Manager -> Protected Apps -> Add Control Center

On Meizu Device, the app need the permission:
Security -> Permission ->tap Four Square box symbol in the smart bar and select Control Center to Allow

To prevent the app turn off by itself, goto Security setting -> Data Saving -> Add apps -> checked Control Center; After that, Open Control Center -> Press Recent apps -> swipe down Control Center to lock this app running in background

To prevent the app stoped by itself: System Settings -> Device Maintenance -> Battery -> Unmonitored apps -> Add apps -> checked Control Center
